To request rates for a Special Event, or to request a tour of our gallery facilities for an on-site event, please contact our Special Events department at 305-284-1540 or eventslowe@miami.edu
Basic gallery use fees as well as staffing fees are based on a minimum three (3) hour reservation time. Janitorial services are billed at a flat rate. In addition, staff time required for deliveries, rehearsal, set-up, and event clean-up will be invoiced accordingly based on your event needs. The museum reserves the right to schedule additional security as required for the event. Museum security guard fees are based on a four (4) hour minimum.
